Tactical was an Out of Home Media company in Puerto Rico. They specialized in billboards, mesh screens, gas pump ads, and interior advertising in public bathrooms, malls, and medical offices. I worked on developing the brand’s voice for their rebranding and conceptualizing the launch campaign.
